The secret to unlocking low back pain is knowing where to start Low back pain can be a complex issue to work on because the cause of the pain isn't always obvious. The culprit could be low back vertebrae or musculature, tight glutes, a sticky SI joint, a tight psoas, or a number of other potential issues that we can address. Getting a better idea of the source will make your work much more efficient and effective. Nothing’s worse than spending a whole session chasing potential solutions and getting nowhere. The techniques taught in this course can be easily integrated into any manual therapy practice to improve your success when working with low back pain.
