Learning how to assess and engage your clients in their sessions can bring a whole new element to your practice. By integrating active and passive elements into your sessions, you provide the client's nervous system with diverse opportunities for interaction. These cued movements present challenges that help the client learn and integrate new patterns, targeting deep and intrinsic restrictions in the lumbar spine and sacrum.
