Frequently Asked Questions

Does this workshop provide CEUs? Can I get partial credit?

This workshop is approved by NCBTMB. We will be able to offer 16 CEUs for attending the workshop. We cannot offer partial credit if you're late. For example, we cannot offer 4 hours of credit if you can only attend for four hours. You'll receive a digital certificate of completion at the end of the course that you can submit to your state board for credit.

What do I need to bring?

Because we're holding the course at a massage clinic, you will not need to bring a table. The clinic will provide massage tables for our use.

You will need to bring:

  • Shorts and a tank top or sports bra to wear when receiving the work

  • Sheets for your table (1 fitted or flat sheet and a face cradle cover or pillow case)

  • Water (and snacks for yourself, if necessary)

  • Lunch money or bagged lunch (the school is located in the SOMA district of SF with restaurants where you can eat lunch close by)

What is the cancellation policy?
There will be no refunds within two weeks of the scheduled workshop.

If cancelled before the two week window prior to the class, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. This cancellation fee will be applied to future workshops. There is no expiration on this fee. Processing of a participant’s refund will occur within 3-5 business days from the day request is received.

Will there be time for lunch?

We will take an hour lunch break from 1pm-2pm. You can either bring your own lunch, or explore SOMA to buy a lunch. Here's the link to the google maps to see what's available for eating out. The clinic also has a break room with a sink and a microwave if you choose to bring your own lunch.
